All funds and plans purchased are for use in Purdue Dining Retail Locations managed by Purdue Food Company and are for the personal use of the owner of the account or plan only. They are non-transferable. Students and staff of Purdue University may purchase either of the two plans, the Silver Retail Dining Membership or the Platinum Retail Dining Membership. The Purdue Dining Food Company funds and plans cannot be used as a gift card or gift certificate. Except as otherwise expressly stated in these terms, all Purdue Dining Food Company funds and plans are non-refundable and will expire at the earlier of the last day of exams second semester (or employment, as applicable.) Unused funds will not be refunded.
All retail plans are non-refundable. Funds will roll over from fall to spring term. Unused student dining dollar balances on these plans expire on the last day of spring semester.
In order to be eligible for your complimentary birthday meal, you will be required to provide us with the month of your birthday and your email.
All website purchases are considered to be final. Exceptions will be made for processing errors. All refunds for processing errors will be refunded to the credit card used for the purchase.
